Pricing

The viewer is free, without an account: opening studies, measurements, MPR, segmentation and the models that run in your browser cost nothing.

Research models that run on our GPU servers are paid per run from prepaid usage, priced in US dollars. You buy usage in any amount from $10 (tax is added at checkout where it applies); a run costs its base price and each minute the model works on the server (a started minute counts whole); the time the server takes to start is never counted, so a small study costs less than a large one (the prices below are for a usual study). When a run starts the most it can cost is set aside; what it cost is used and the rest stays yours. A run that fails costs nothing. Usage works only for runs in PlexusMD Viewer, cannot be transferred and has no cash value. Prices cover the servers, the payment provider's fee, tax and the upkeep of the service, and follow the models' real cost as we measure it.

Research-licence models

Some models are licensed for research use only. They are never sold: they run on research support, which we grant on request for a study. Ask from the model's card in the viewer.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by a payment service provider (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay); we never see card details, and a receipt is sent by email. A purchase of usage none of which has been used can be refunded within 14 days; see the Refund Policy. Research models are for research use only and not for diagnosis.
